Western Pacific Enterprises GP, one of BC’s largest electrical contractors, contacted Spire Development Corporation (SPIRE) to perform a design build office renovation for their building located at 1321 Ketch Court in Port Coquitlam. Prior to the renovations, the 31,753 square foot building housed offices on two floors and a portion of an existing mezzanine in the warehouse. The work included taking an existing storage mezzanine within the warehouse and expanding this area and converting it into a new office area; staff lounge; and lunch room.  The existing office spaces were redesigned and new washrooms and offices were created.  The renovation was extensive with all new millwork; flooring; painting; lighting; ceilings; and furniture, creating a modern pleasant working environment.  SPIRE provided the architectural; mechanical design; space planning; and interior decorating.  Western Pacific Enterprises GP performed the electrical design and installation.
