Lawrence Green
President
Lawrence has a deep real estate background with over twenty years of negotiating and deal experience. Prior to Spire, he served as Vice President in a major Western Canadian development company.
In addition to this development experience, Mr. Green was a consistent performer and associate Vice President at Royal Le Page Commercial, now known as Cushman & Wakefield Le Page. He started his brokerage career at Colliers Macaulay Nicolls.
Pete Rackow
Vice President
Pete has over twenty years of construction and costing experience focusing on large commercial and industrial projects. During his career, he has built buildings totaling many millions of square feet.
Prior to forming Spire, Pete was Vice President of Construction for a major Western Canadian developer that has developed and built more than twenty million square feet of space. As his role was to control all aspects of the construction process from conception to completion.
