As a Project Manager, Jennifer prides herself on keeping track of every detail from construction to completion reviewing specifications and assisting with budget estimation in the early stages of pre-construction. She demonstrates a high attention to detail while putting the needs of clients first.
Working directly with project team members, Jennifer follows up with deficiencies, helps prepare safety plans, and works with trades and contractors so project requirements and scopes of work are defined from the get-go. Jennifer values Spire’s high-performance building standard and commitment to passive home construction.
Since moving to Canada, Jennifer has specialized in both design and construction project management while furthering her professional accreditation with Passive House Canada and her knowledge of the science of building envelope. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from El Salvador and taught architectural drafting and mathematics at the School of Architecture.
Sharing a love of travel and history, Jennifer enjoys holidaying with her husband while capturing the past and present with her camera lens and visiting many museums along the way. As if that wasn’t enough, Jennifer also finds time to coordinate fundraising events for Children’s hospitals in North America.
