Strategically located near the Golden Ears Bridge in Maple Ridge, this 12,000-square foot, 2-storey building is owned and occupied by MC Freight, a family-run business realizing a dream and establishing their legacy. Spire was retained in a design-build capacity to create high-end office space with a small warehouse component. This was a uniquely challenging parcel of land, and Spire managed the expectations of numerous stakeholders, while expediting the complex development process. In addition, we oversaw an energy analysis, which reduced future costs for the client and increased the functionality of the building. The resulting structure is a modern, forward-thinking design, featuring a highly functional open-concept office space.
