Property Description

Spire was contracted by their client to transform an old tired two storey building and completely renovate by a combination of building upgrades as well as tenant improvements for two new medical practices. This 5,469 square foot medical building in Surrey was a design build project which included the application for two separate permits simultaneously. The final product is an eloquent blend of security and sophistication.

  • Both units passed electrical testing for the CSAZ32, standard for patient care.

  • Space designed to accommodate equipment for an audio booth.

  • Clerestory glass in all examination rooms for natural light.

  • Anti shatter security film (with vinyl frosting for privacy) & highly visible security bars as visual deterrent.
