President
Lawrence Green, President of Spire Development Corporation, has been entrenched in commercial real estate for over two decades. Before co-founding Spire in 2007, he obtained a diploma from BCIT in Marketing Management specializing in real estate, followed by a number of years on both the brokerage and development sides of the industry.

Now a group of over 30 companies, Spire has flourished amongst larger corporations by creating a niche in the marketplace providing fully-integrated real estate services, including sourcing and acquiring land, financing, project costing, leasing and sales, valuation, and property management, development, and construction. Lawrence prides himself on the strength of the relationships he cultivates, acknowledging the importance of hands-on expertise. He has an aptitude for capitalizing on hidden opportunities and applying creativity to deal structure. Understanding the perspective of an owner, Lawrence brings an acute sense of accountability to the table, and always acts as, or is, an invested partner.

Lawrence shares his experience in the industry through various speaking engagements with NAIOP and other leasing and real estate conferences in Vancouver. He is a proud father of two young girls and counts cooking, wine, travel, and motorcycles as hobbies.
Vice President
As Vice President of Spire Development Corporation, Pete Rackow is wholly invested in client and company relations. With a carpentry apprenticeship from BCIT, he specialized in design-build projects across the Lower Mainland, accumulating over 25 years of construction expertise in commercial developments.

Since co-founding Spire in 2007, Pete has continued to build a reputation as an exceptional and trustworthy real estate professional. In a company that offers fully-integrated real estate services, his breadth of skills spans across all aspects of construction, including operations, invoicing, cost reporting, and project management. Through decades of experience, he has honed the ability to view a project from every side and angle, identifying unique challenges and upsides in the big picture.

He contributes his success not only to a vast knowledge of construction but also to the commitment to clients he continually provides. Pete takes pride in maintaining a significant level of integrity by always delivering what is promised. Ultimately, his philosophy is to treat the client’s money as though it were his own.

Pete lives in the Lower Mainland with his wife and three sons, where he enjoys cooking, motorcycles, travel, and cars.
