Our Process
Our business has prospered on referral and repeat business. We do not operate on a bid tender basis. Which means we don’t grind on price – our rates are transparent and based on our quality of service and what is happening within the market.
We minimize risk by being a one-stop shop. The entire design, project management, construction, and development stages are in-house at Spire. Every element is controlled by us, which leads to efficient communication, delegation, and execution, and mitigates any conflict. We are your one point of contact.
Our Values
Since founding Spire Development in 2007, we have grown from a humble team of two to a 17 person team in the head office and a twenty to twenty-six person force in the field. With experience, trial and error, and success, we have learned what works and what doesn’t. Which, ultimately, saves our clients time and money as we continually improve ourselves.
