When Star Marketing has outgrown their existing facility in 2015, in midst of a record-low supply of industrial space in Metro Vancouver, the owner made a bold move to develop their own building in Surrey. With no prior building experience, Star Marketing was introduced to Spire through a business referral. With a will to get the job done and to cater to the owner’s needs, Spire guided the client through the development and construction process with a can-do attitude.

This 31,753 SF building sits on a 2-acre site, and contains two floors of office and warehouse space. The building features:
