Although not officially on the market, Spire successfully negotiated a contract to acquire this property, where we designed and built a 50,000 square foot warehouse. We planned to stratify and sell to multiple owners, but the property was sold to a single user and set a market pricing record. Because Spire was the builder and developer, we were able to efficiently redesign and alter the facility in that size range to support and meet the new requirements, saving the user money in the long run.
