Seeing an opportunity in the market to capitalize on the strata phenomenon, this 80,000 square foot property was built on spec and was also Spire’s first project in 2007. With this potential in mind, we were one of the first pioneers of large bay strata developments. We saw the long term value in a facility designed correctly and optimally and were able to sell at record levels during the financial crash.
