Barnes Harley-Davidson in South Edmonton is a 25,000-square-foot motorcycle dealership located at 1616 Calgary Trail SW. Completed in August 2026, the renovation modernized the retail showroom, parts and merchandise areas, customer service spaces, offices, and service facilities to reflect Harley-Davidson’s current brand and design standards.

 

As construction manager and general contractor, Spire delivered the renovation in carefully planned phases, allowing the dealership to remain operational while completed areas were progressively returned to the owner.
