Spire was presented with the challenge of converting this vintage style block building previously occupied by a used car dealership into a sleek, modern medical facility. Construction of an additional 5,000 SF of floor space in conjunction with an overall face lift ensured the gain of attention from the residents and travelers through Maple Ridge.
