Working with Prairie Coast Equipment (PCE) for the third time, this 33,754 square foot structure in Chilliwack was the largest of the three projects. Our ongoing relationship with PCE instilled a high degree of trust and mutual respect, allowing us to work through the intricacies of acquiring the land which was a large factor in the eventual success of this project. Involved from concept to completion, Spire incorporated the purchase, construction and development into one package for the client. Spire negotiated on behalf of PCE to acquire a site that was serviced, preloaded and as an MBE ready for construction.
