Spire was hired through referral as a third party contractor to build and execute the new development of this Rexall Drugstore in New Westminster. Several factors contributed to the complexities surrounding this project, including logistic, design, and execution issues. The inclusion of underground parking in this downtown location affected traffic, neighbouring businesses and property owners. But Spire’s ability to immediately address each issue with the proper planning led to a successful completion.
