Upon the successful completion of the Storguard Self-Storage & Shine Auto Wash project in Burnaby, the same client requested Spire to construct a similar facility at 1101 Woolridge Street in Coquitlam. Designed by the award-winning Besharat Friars Architects, this state-of-the-art, dual-tunnel car wash features a unique all-glass assembly of frameless glazing design, creating a modern aesthetic exterior for maximum transparency. The Storguard Self-Storage building features an eye-catching corner façade made of striking aluminum composite material. This architecturally significant building is highly visible and is located south of Lougheed Highway and north of Highway 1.
