Initially, Spire considered purchasing and converting this property into a storage facility, but, at the time, that was not a feasible option. Instead, based on our storage experience, the subsequent purchaser hired us on a construction basis to redevelop the site. With seismic, structure, and design issues tackled, this former meatpacking plant was completely renovated into a modern mini storage building and car wash facility.
