Acting as general contractor, Spire Construction is delivering Forbes Crossing, a six-storey, purpose-built rental community in collaboration with Jim Pattison Developments. Located in North Vancouver, the development will provide 53 thoughtfully designed rental homes with views of Burrard Inlet and convenient access to Lower Lonsdale and The Shipyards.

Spire's scope includes pre-construction design assistance, budgeting, value engineering, and the coordination of subcontractors, consultants, and client requirements through to construction close-out. Through collaborative design and constructability reviews, proactive coordination, and careful planning, Spire is helping deliver a high-quality residential building that meets the project's performance, sustainability, and design objectives.

The development incorporates accessible and adaptable homes, shared resident amenities including a rooftop garden and indoor gathering space, and sustainable construction strategies such as wood-frame construction over a concrete podium. These features support the project's long-term performance while providing a comfortable and connected living environment for residents.
