This unique facility provides over 50,000 square feet of industrial workspace, allowing for manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution to take place in one comprehensive building. The work space in the warehouse is maximized through the use of large spans and a separate, distinct 2-storey office area. The building was designed to allow future demising into a multi-tenant facility.
